  Anambra Shuns Sit At Home Order Open Markets As Police ,Army Step Up Strategies. NKIRU NWAGBO, AWKA Traders and Commercial vehicle operators called the Sit At Home Order by gunmen misleading and opened their shops, banks  and parks to do their normal businesses  on Monday. It would be recalled that  in the past traders and commuters have always been apprehensive of doing business every Monday in Anambra state for fear of being attacked by suspected gunmen in the areas  But this Monday ,banks  , markets and motor parks opened for their routine businesses without fear of any form of molestation or attack. The Commissioner of Police CP Ikioye Orutugu,has granted the request by the bereaved family of the three children found in a fridge at Nnewi,  to go ahead and bury their children The CP who gave the permission at Nnewi when he visited  the parents of  the children for the second time acknowledged the grief of the family and assured them of swift police action when necessary pending the complete investigation.   Anambra Police Command arrests  5 suspected kidnappers , armed robbers . NKIRU NWAGBO, AWKA  Anambra Police command has arrests a total of five suspects in a case of kidnapping, armed robbery, and unlawful possession of firearm, In a statement signed by SP Tochukwu Ikenga the  Police Public Relations Officer to the Command said the Operatives recovered a locally made Beretta pistol and a suspected stolen vehicle from the suspects. According to Ikenna, the  Police Operatives attached to a Special Anti Cultism Squad stormed a criminal hideout at Igbariam and arrested one Miracle Chukwunoso, Chinweze Charles and Bonaventure Chigozie all males, between the age bracket of 20 - 26 years.
