Basket mouth, Falz, others to feature in a blockbuster 


The entertainment industry is going farther as Jade Osiberu in partnership with Greoh Films is set to release first Nollywood tactical crime and action movie. 


The cast boosts of a stellar of acts such as, Falana Falana aka Falz the bahd guy, Comic actor, Basketmouth, legendary action maestro, Sam Dede, and a whole lots of others. 


The movie titled in appreciation, "BROTHERHOOD" follows the story of a SWAT team who must find means to rescue hostages in a robbery and kidnap situation. 


Speaking on his IG page, Basketmouth expresses excitement over his choice for a role in the film. Also, Falz who okays the character of Officer Wale shared his joy in displaying his acting prowess. 


The movie is expected to hit cinemas on July 8,2022.


Wizkid to receive $1m for performance 


Sound city Africa has revealed that Nigerian act, Ayo Balogun aka Wizkid has been announced as the main artist for the Rolling Loud concert in Toronto, Canada coming up by September this year. 


As a result, he will be paid a whooping $1 million dollars making him the only African artist to charge such a high fee for a performance.


This feat would make him the highest paid artiste above his peers such as Burna Boy, Davido, Tiwa Savage, etc

  IPOB Suspends Sit At Home. The Indegeous People Of Biafra IPOB yesterday made a change of heart by suspending the proposed Sit At Home Order billed to commence on the fifth of November. Recall that the Director of Publicity for the body had earlier announced that it would commence a Sit At Home strike on the fifth of this month if it's leader Mazi Nnamd Kanu is not released unconditionally on the fourth of November. According to the statement signed by its Director of Publicity Comerade Emma Powerful the body said that it has to call off the Sit At Home Order following the appeal by the elders in the South East coupled with the grave economic implications of the strike on the people.   Anambra Tribunal Strikes Out Maduka Petition. Four More May Withdraw. As Soludo , Uba Set To Inspect Materials . NKIRU NWAGBO. The Anambra governorship Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Awka today stuck out the petition filed by the candidate of Accord party Dr Godwin Maduka. Similarly there indications that four more petitioners may withdraw their petitions against the victory if the All Progressives Grand Alliance APGA following alleged internal challenges that has to do with the discrepancies between the political parties and their respective candidates. Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo and his Enugu State counterpart, Dr Peter Mbah have pledged their solidarity and support to the administration and broad vision of the Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Professor Benard Odoh.
