  Soludo Escapes Gunmen's Attack, 3 Policemen Killed, Anambra Commissioner Kidnapped. BY NKIRU NWAGBO. AWKA   At least three policemen were shot dead on Wednesday night as unknown Gunmen attacked the Frontline Governorship Aspirant of All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Prof Charles Soludo.  Hurricane News gathered that the attack took place when the Ex  Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria,  Soludo was having an interactive session with some youths of his Community Isuofia , Aguata Local Government Area of Anambra state.  It was also gathered that the Anambra State commissioner for Public Utilities Mr Emeka Ezenwanne , who was at Afuzo  the place of  event was kidnapped by the gunmen during the attack. Political watches were of the view that the attack may be politically motivated as Soludo recently joined the governorship race in the state, and enjoys huge support from indigenes of the state.   Unknown Gunmen Kill Two NCS Staff, Attack Police Station in Anambra. BY NKIRU NWAGBO. AWKA. Two persons said to be members of staff of the Nigeria Correctional Services, NCS, attached to Ekwulobia Prisons in Anambra State have reportedly been killed by unknown gunmen. The men were alleged to have been attacked and killed while escorting a van conveying inmates of the prison to the court for hearing at about 11am on Friday. Recall that two policemen and three soldiers had also been killed by unknown gunmen, the previous day in two locations in the state, with their arms carted away, while a police van was set ablaze. It was gathered that at about 4am on Friday, a police station in the same Ekwulobia was attacked by gunmen but the attack was quickly repelled by officers on duty. Ekwulobia station is among the police stations razed during the EndSARS protest and was recently rebuilt. Irate youths from Ogboj community in Orumba South Local Government Area on Friday held peaceful demonstration over the imposition of a caretaker committee on the town by Anambra government official. Unknown gunmen have reportedly killed unspecified number of Policemen and soldiers in different locations in Anambra State. The incident happened on Thursday in the evening, according to  report which  has it that  policemen were killed in Neni, Anaocha Local Government Area in a checkpoint, While  the soldiers were killed at an outpost in Awkuzu, Oyi Local Government Area, both of Anambra State. Hurricane News gathered, that  the gunmen also set ablaze a police van in Neni, while carting away arms belonging to the slain policemen, while in Akuzu, the killed soldiers also lost their arms to the unknown gunmen.
